Johnstone-Clarke Law Office is located on the Asimakaniseekan Askiy Indian Reserve (Muskeg Lake Urban Reserve), located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Johnstone-Clarke Law Office is located in the same building as FSIN, SIGA and Peace Hills Trust. We pride ourselves in being readily available to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Ms. Johnstone-Clarke is flexible, with respect to time availability, and has been available to her clients on an on-call basis, evenings and weekends when required. Ms. Johnstone-Clarke has been practicing law in the private sector for approximately four years and in this time has had wide-ranging exposure to a variety of matters pertaining to the general practice of law. More specifically, she has developed a general practice, which includes, but is not limited to the following areas: Treaty Rights Protection, First Nation Issues involving general land related, Band business and governance matters; TLE reserve creation; Trust; Elections; Bylaw and Policy development; Administrative; Employment and Labour; Gaming; Business; Corporate; Civil and Criminal Litigation.
